The prints are produced as certified Digigraphie prints.

Each print is professionally produced to the highest standards using Epson’s Pro 9900’s printer. art gallery prints

Non-Faulty Personalized Art cannot be returned. Please understand that each print you order is custom-made by us for you and thus, once produced it has no return/resale value

If goods are faulty, full refunds or exchanges will be offered, but you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. We only accept returned goods that have been sent via recorded delivery so that you have proof of receipt. We will refund the cost of postage should your claim be accepted.
